Appointments during the week

Once sessions are confirmed, there is a free cancellation up until 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

In case of a cancellation 48 to 24 hours prior to the appointment time, 50 % of the fee for the session will be charged. In case of a later cancellation and in case of a no-show the session will be charged completely.

Workshop Appointments on the weekend

Once sessions are confirmed, there is a free cancellation up until 1 week prior to the appointment time. In case of a later cancellation the session will be charged completely.
